Sutherland is seeking a Project Manager to join our One Sutherland team in Bogotá. You will lead complex projects for international clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality outcomes. The role offers a hybrid work model at our Torre Krystal facility.

You will coordinate scope, timelines and costs, manage risks, and collaborate with diverse global teams to maximize ROI. Strong English and a track record in software or consulting projects are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PM leading teams in a matrix environment.
• Experience delivering software or consulting solutions to external clients.
• Experience managing the full software SDLC as a PM, including discovery, design and development of custom solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers.
• Proven ability to manage large and simultaneous projects.
• Proven experience managing IT and software delivery projects.
• Proven ability to form strong customer relationships.
• Proven ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
• Strong business acumen and revenue/forecast management.
• PMP Certification desirable

Responsabilités

• End-to-end management of a project or program including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
• Lead risk and issue management with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and teams across global clients.
• Manage all project phases – initiation, planning, execution, monitor and control, closing.
• Provide project status updates and revenue forecasting to stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery within budget and on time with ROI focus.
• Contribute to project management methodology improvements and lessons learned.
• Be part of the broader PM community to increase efficiency.
