Monks is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a global team delivering world-class creative content. You will shape layouts, typography and visual concepts, collaborating with PMs and producers to ensure clarity and quality across projects.

The role emphasizes brand harmonisation, pixel-perfect output, and efficient production workflows while enabling independent work under leadership. Fluency in English and strong print knowledge are expected.

Formación

• 3+ years of design experience in a creative production environment.
• Mastery of Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop; Figma a plus.
• Strong file, layer and asset organization practices.
• Experience with dielines and vendor specs for print projects.
• Ability to work independently under a Lead and contribute across production stages.
• Detail-oriented, pixel-perfect, methodical and solution-focused.
• Willingness to assist teammates and improve processes.
• Proficient in English and experienced in production workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Master and apply general design knowledge like alignments, compositions, and typography.
• Provide support for established projects and contribute graphic solutions from scratch.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Producers to drive clarity, consistency and quality.
• Work as part of a global team of designers, illustrators, animators and art directors.
• Harmonise style, craft, speed and scale to meet evolving brand needs.
• Maintain pixel perfection and error-free ad content with QA collaboration.
