Monks Technology Services, part of Media.Monks and S4 Capital, seeks a Senior Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus to lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling—partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world-class outcomes on time and on budget.

You have 5+ years in project management or agency production, strong English (B2+), and fluency with Asana, Notion, Google

• Solid familiarity with creative and production workflows (concepting, reviews, approvals, asset delivery).
• Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level or above).
• Proficiency with the listed collaboration tools (Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro).
• Bonus: motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered workflows.

About the Role

As a Project Manager with a Creative Producer focus, you'll lead multidisciplinary initiatives at the intersection of creativity, technology, and storytelling‑partnering with creatives, strategists, technologists, and external collaborators to turn bold ideas into world‑class outcomes on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Production: Own production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem.
• Creative Roadmap Execution: Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving original creative intent.
• Scope & Resource Management: Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused.
• Risk Mitigation: Anticipate risks and blockers, resolving issues proactively with diplomacy, creativity, and speed.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Manage vendors, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality, consistency, and smooth collaboration.
• Documentation & Optimization: Maintain transparent documentation (timelines, status updates, budgets, and learnings) and advocate for process improvements that support creative flow.
• Other Duties: Perform other related operational and production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments (digital, content, experiential, or marketing). Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
• Workflow Mastery: Solid familiarity with creative and production workflows (concepting, creative reviews, versioning, stakeholder approvals, asset delivery).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level or above).
• Technical Knowledge & Tools: Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro.
• Bonus Skills: Prior experience with motion/video, interactive/web, or AI-powered creative workstreams is a significant plus.
