Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. The role blends data science with finance to transform spend data into strategic insights and drive savings.

You will partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend, validate P&L, and craft executive narratives for C-suite decisions. Remote work options and international assignments are available.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI.
• Strong written and verbal English with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERP and P2P systems.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings and opportunities; support EBITDA validation with Finance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Finance and FP&A on cost reductions.
