Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights – GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights and partner with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives.

In this role you will build modern visual analytics, validate EBITDA savings, and drive cost reductions across our global procurement ecosystem. Strong SQL, BI tools, and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of procurement analytics or related finance roles.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Executive presentation experience and strong English communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data from ERP and P2P systems into a single source of truth.
• Design, automate dashboards and KPI tracking with BI tools and AI features.
• Identify savings opportunities and drive sourcing priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
