Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in process design or continuous improvement.
• Experience leading end-to-end process design in cross-functional settings.
• Strong knowledge of process mapping and problem solving.
• Ability to translate business needs into process requirements and plans.
• Skilled in guiding workshops and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and improvement of GBS processes.
• Develop and maintain process maps and workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for standardization.
• Prioritize improvements using data and stakeholder input.
• Lead cross-functional process reviews and design workshops.
• Establish governance, standards, and performance metrics.
• Manage a portfolio of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with digital teams to drive automation and scaling.
• Define measures of process health and drive corrective actions.
• Support change adoption through engagement and training.
• Develop team capability in Lean and BPM methodologies.
