RemotePass Inc. is seeking a proactive Senior Global Payroll Operations Specialist to scale our multinational payroll operations across countries and EOR partners.

You will collaborate with Payroll, Employee Experience, Finance, Product, Commercial, and Vendor Management teams to ensure fast, accurate payroll processing, onboarding readiness, and strong client experiences. Flexibility and ownership are essential in our fast-growing startup environment.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in payroll operations, EOR operations, HR operations, or global workforce management.

Responsabilidades

• Support and coordinate end-to-end payroll operations across multiple countries and EOR partners.
• Review payroll inputs, outputs, statutory contributions, invoices, and payroll reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payroll processing and salary disbursement.
• Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies, escalations, and employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support onboarding payroll readiness and related documentation; ensure employees are set up before processing.
