The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management with excellent communication skills and a passion for UX design. This role is fully remote and encourages a flexible working schedule.

Formación

• Strong judgment for strategic and tactical decisions.
• Demonstrable results that have moved a product forward.
• A strong sense of product design (UX).

Responsabilidades

• Build solutions for payroll and benefits with the team.
• Drive effective product roadmap and strategic plans.
• Communicate and collaborate internally and externally.

Conocimientos

Experience as product manager in a high-growth company

Experience working in payroll, HR, benefits, fintech, or similar

Outstanding communication and collaboration skills

Educación

Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English
