Johnson & Johnson MedTech Colombia S.A.S. Legal Entity is seeking a Senior Manager for Global Payroll and Time & Attendance to lead data governance, risk management, and vendor oversight across the payroll program.

You will partner with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliant, timely payroll operations. The role requires strategic leadership, strong communication with executives, and a track record of delivering global payroll improvements within regulated environments.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Finance, Payroll or Compliance with governance and data quality focus.
• Experience leading global payroll programs and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication with senior executives and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and SOX controls.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Payroll and Time & Attendance processes and governance across regions.
• Define data ownership and maintain data quality for employee compensation data.
• Manage portfolio of payroll initiatives including system changes and regulatory updates.
• Lead risk assessments, audits, and vendor governance with cross‑functional partners.
• Develop change management and training plans to support payroll transform initiatives.
