VISASQ/COLEMAN is a global expert network joining VisasQ Inc. and Coleman Research. The Senior Market Research Analyst will support survey projects end-to-end, review questionnaires, test links, ensure data quality, and assist with client communications from our Bogotá office.

You will collaborate with teams across the U.S., EMEA, and APAC to deliver timely, relevant insights. The ideal candidate enjoys detail-oriented work, has 3+ years in quantitative market research (B2B preferred),

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably in B2B.
• Familiarity with online and CATI survey methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Qualtrics and survey setup.
• Basic proficiency with ERM systems, CRM platforms, and PowerBI.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Confident communicator with client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• AGile research experience and global collaboration is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned survey projects and provide feedback on questionnaires.
• Test survey links and compile stakeholder feedback.
• Perform data quality reviews and final checks.
• Prepare final raw data files for client delivery.
• Assist in quotes and proposals development.
• Participate in client intake and project management calls.
• Coordinate day-to-day client communications under guidance.
• Monitor fieldwork with Qualtrics; assist with basic programming.
• Use ERM tools to manage records and track progress.
• Support vendor communication and vendor management.
• Maintain CRM records and review client activity in PowerBI.
• Escalate project risks to senior team.
• Contribute to team culture and process improvements.
