Utopia Design is seeking an experienced Construction Surveyor for our luxury global portfolio. The role involves traveling to multiple international locations to conduct technical site surveys, monitor construction progress, and verify as-built conditions against plans.

The candidate will work autonomously and collaborate with architects, engineers, managers, and contractors. The ideal candidate combines strong surveying expertise with excellent reporting skills and the ability to operate across

Formación

Degree or cert in Civil Eng, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience in construction surveying, as-built verification, or site inspection.
Strong understanding of drawings, construction methods, and technical documentation.
Proficiency with surveying equipment and software platforms.
Ability to interpret as-built conditions against design with high precision.
Fluent English; willingness to travel worldwide.

Responsabilidades

Conduct initial site surveys of newly acquired plots and development sites, documenting terrain, boundaries, elevations, and conditions.
Perform monthly site visits to active projects to execute as-built surveys and monitor progress.
Verify accuracy of works against drawings, BIM models, and construction docs.
Identify deviations and potential issues between design and built conditions.
Produce survey reports, progress docs, measurements, photos, and technical assessments.
