Baxter is seeking a logistics professional to monitor import/export activities, ensure compliance, and coordinate documentation for smooth shipments. You will work with suppliers, analyze costs and rates, and support the logistics team with accurate invoicing and KPIs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong English, and at least two years of experience in similar duties. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset will help you thrive in a global supply chain environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience performing similar functions.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor import and export processes by providing required documentation and updating process status.
• Oversee supplier shipments to ensure compliance with shipping schedules and agreements.
• Verify the accuracy of amounts on received invoices.
• Analyze tariffs and duties for each process.
• Analyze rates from major shipping lines and freight forwarders for cost and time efficiency.
• Stay up to date with regulations related to import/export.
• Report cost information to relevant stakeholders.
