World Courier Colombia S.A. seeks a logistics coordinator to manage deliveries, pickups, and related activities.

You will coordinate with national and international offices, document and track shipments, and ensure timely, cost-efficient operations while maintaining high service levels. The role requires a university degree in a related field and a minimum of 2 years in logistics or transportation coordination, with strong English skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Complete all contact and coordination activities accurately, timely, and cost-effectively.
• Record all activities in the control tools to support communication flows.
• Ensure timely filing and updating of activities for performance indicators.
• Edit and maintain shipments in the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Monitor the Transportation Management System and manage pre-advised shipments.
• Work safely and in compliance with regulations, including IATA requirements.
• Use and maintain tools needed for the role.
• Maintain communication with World Courier offices and stations.
