Hire Feed is seeking an IT Manager to oversee and optimize a global IT infrastructure. You will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure seamless operations and reliable systems across multiple regions, driving strategic technology initiatives and business continuity.

The role emphasizes managing complex projects, enforcing security and compliance, and collaborating with stakeholders to align IT with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 7+ years of IT management experience with team leadership and project oversight.
• Proficiency in enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, storage, and networking.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
• Manage a team of IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards.
• Oversee budget planning, procurement, and vendor relationships for IT resources.
• Ensure 24/7 system availability with minimal downtime and rapid incident resolution.
