TransUnion is seeking a Sr Manager, Information Systems Architecture to lead technology strategy for its Decision Solutions platform. You will drive modernization and end-to-end delivery while aligning with product and security teams.

This hybrid role requires in-person collaboration at a TransUnion office at least two days per week. You will partner across engineering, architecture, infrastructure and operations to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant technology solutions, guiding both

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years in software engineering or technology delivery environments.
• 10+ years leading technology teams and enterprise software delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute technology strategy for Decisioning Fraud platforms.
• Lead platform modernization to improve scalability, resiliency and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery from design to production support.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize strategic initiatives and investments.
• Drive continuous improvement for delivery and operational risk management.
• Ensure platform availability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis of production incidents and remediation actions.
• Support client implementations and post-sales technology engagements.
