C.H. Robinson is seeking a Global Forwarding Coordinator to support international shipments and ensure timely, accurate information for customers throughout the transportation journey.

You will coordinate shipment activities, maintain transportation and customer data, and communicate with internal teams and external partners while delivering reliable tracking, documentation, and operational execution in a fast-paced global environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Intermediate English (written and verbal).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Understand international shipping processes from PO to cargo delivery.
• Assist GF personnel and third parties with inquiries and problem resolution.
• Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date customer records, reports, and shipment documentation.
• Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments.
• Provide support and backup for delivery and turnovers.
• Perform load-audits.
• Provide reporting and documentation support to global forwarding personnel and ensure data integrity.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, government regulations, and company standards.
• Other duties as assigned per team/country requirements.

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Global Forwarding Coordinator to support the smooth movement of international shipments and help deliver exceptional service to our customers. In this role, you will have a direct impact on our global forwarding operations by ensuring shipment information is accurate, processes are completed on time, and customers stay informed throughout the transportation journey.

As a Global Forwarding Coordinator, you will coordinate shipment activities, maintain transportation and customer data, communicate with internal teams and external partners, and support day-to-day operational execution. You will develop foundational logistics and supply chain expertise while contributing to service excellence and operational efficiency in a fast-paced global environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

• Understand the processes involved in international shipping from purchase order to delivery of cargo at ultimate destination
• Assist GF personnel and other third parties with inquiries and problem resolution
• Generate, file, and maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records, reports, shipment documentation, etc.
• Provide tracking and tracing services for customer shipments
• Provide support and backup for the delivery and turnovers
• Perform load-audits
• Provide reporting and documentation collection support to global forwarding personnel and ensure customer data integrity
• Ensure adherence to customer SOPs, government agency regulations, and C.H. Robinson company standards
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in Spanish
• Intermediate English (written and verbal)

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of previous working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven office environment
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy
