The candidate will lead the GSF Accounting team, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with auditors, while supporting the separation plan for DePuy Synthes and potential cross-region duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Supervisory/1st Line Leader role in a Shared Service or BPO.
• Experience in a Global Account to Report function of a multi-national company.
• Strong GAAP knowledge; CPA/MBA and/or other financial certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be compliant with laws and J&J Credo; maintain operational excellence.
• Lead accounting and daily operations for GSF Accounting process areas.
• Ensure timely closing of financial periods per calendar and SLA commitments.
• Maintain accuracy and validity of actuals within scope; ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead the Accounting team (15+ heads) and support audits and external authorities.
