Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Global Services (GS) Finance is recruiting for a Country Finance Manager (CFM) for Corporate GOC based in Bogota, Colombia. The Finance Manager leads Controllership services, oversees actuals, and coordinates BRAVO reporting and SOX controls, partnering with PwC and internal teams to ensure compliant, accurate financial statements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of finance or related business experience.
• Prior managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; Lynx, CFIN, AFO and Bravo preferred.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage stakeholders across teams in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Based in Bogota, Colombia.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial accounting & reporting responsibilities in support of the Country Finance Manager across all tiers.
• Coordinate with World Headquarters and Corporate GOC finance leadership; serve as the face of Global Services to partners.
• Own Trial Balance, coordinate and execute Income Statement and Balance Sheet reviews; manage SOX controls.
• Approve actuals submissions in BRAVO and support audit requests with PwC, GAA, and Compliance.
• Drive GS Strategic Initiatives and continuous improvement in accounting and reporting processes.
