Job summary

EPAM Systems Colombia is seeking a Project (Engineering) Manager to coordinate multiple engineering initiatives and drive a consistent transformation across teams. You will monitor delivery health, risks, and metrics, track weekly status, and present concise updates to management and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes collaboration with offshore teams in Poland and India, strong documentation, and delivering clear executive updates using PowerPoint or Slides.

Qualifications

• 2+ years project management experience using project metrics.
• 2+ years experience creating status reports and executive updates.
• Engineering background for collaboration with technical teams.
• Stakeholder management for client-facing communication.
• Strong documentation skills with PowerPoint or Google Slides.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and delivery signals.
• Flexible availability to sync with offshore teams in Poland and India.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and align timelines, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Define and communicate a development plan with milestones and dependencies.
• Track weekly team status and consolidate updates into dashboards or slides.
• Monitor bugs, risks, and overall progress across multiple teams and elevate as needed.
• Coordinate weekly reviews and present concise status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from teams and translate inputs into actionable adjustments.
• Capture action items, assign owners, and follow up to completion.
