Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead complex software projects from inception through delivery in Colombia. You will align architecture, engineering, and business objectives while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, architecture governance, and cross-functional coordination with global teams. Fluency in English is required, and a track record of successful project completions is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Delivery Management or related roles.
Expertise in Architecture Design and Architecture Governance.
Background in Data Software Engineering and related data initiatives.
Strong Stakeholder Management and communication skills.
Proficiency in Delivery Management.AI tools and methodologies.
Fluent English communication (B2+/C1) in professional settings.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget targets are met.
Drive architecture design decisions with technical teams for scalable solutions.
Establish governance standards across project deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication and reporting.
Identify and mitigate risks affecting delivery or architectural integrity.
Facilitate decision-making between technical and business stakeholders.
Monitor project performance metrics and adjust delivery strategies as needed.
