Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Project (Engineering) Manager to coordinate multiple engineering projects and drive a consistent transformation process. You will track delivery health, risks, and metrics, and communicate progress to stakeholders with clear action items.

The role requires an engineering background, strong presentation skills, and experience coordinating with offshore teams in Poland and India. Excellent English (B2) and client-facing collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management experience with metrics and reporting.
• 2+ years of experience creating status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Engineering background with ability to partner effectively with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management for client-facing communication.
• Excellent documentation and presentation skills (PowerPoint/Slides).
• Experience coordinating with offshore teams (Poland, India).
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects and align timelines, scope, and delivery expectations.
• Define and communicate a development plan, including milestones and dependencies.
• Track weekly team status and consolidate updates into dashboards or slides.
• Monitor bugs, risks, and progress across teams and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate weekly reviews and present concise status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Collect feedback from teams and translate inputs into actionable adjustments.
• Capture action items, assign owners, and follow up to completion.
