Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead process improvement efforts and bridge business needs with technical solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and drive data governance and quality initiatives.

The role involves documenting opportunities, producing SOPs, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver improvements on time. Strong communication and BPMN expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in project management or process improvement roles.
• Experience applying process mapping and KPIs within data governance contexts.
• Proficient in JIRA, Looker/Looker Studio, and BigQuery.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, detailed business process flows to translate into technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across levels to gather and confirm requirements.
• Map current and future state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Document opportunities and flag issues within workflows.
• Establish data quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms.
• Build wireframe models and draft test cases to ensure alignment with business needs.
