• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience managing engineering or architecture projects
• Advanced English level (C1) — essential for working with U.S.-based clients
• Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive, innovative, and focused on efficiency and results
• Lead projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive high performance
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, vendors, and stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
