ExFreight is a U.S. based digital logistics and transportation provider expanding its sales operations in Medellín. The candidate must be located in Medellín and work 9-5, Monday–Friday in our office.

Our online platform provides instant door-to-door freight rates, online bookings, and real-time shipment tracking for air, ocean, and trucking. Responsibilities include qualification of inbound leads, proactive follow-up, and using the ExFreight CRM to close new business.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are imperative.
• Ability to multi-task and effectively manage time.
• Strong desire to succeed with high energy and motivation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Understanding ExFreight’s ideal customer profile and determining potential usage of our online platform.
• Performing qualification of inbound sales leads daily.
• Proactive follow-up and engagement of leads to move deals through the sales process.
• Leveraging the ExFreight platform and CRM to close new business.
• Account management of new business with recurring customer follow-up.
• Articulating benefits of digital transportation and ExFreight’s solutions.
• Meeting weekly and monthly KPIs to grow the business.
