Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Cost Manager to join our Bogotá team. You will lead cost planning, procurement support, and post‑contract cost control on major real estate, infrastructure and professional services assignments.

With 6–8 years in construction cost management, you will develop cost procedures, review subcontractor proposals, monitor budgets, and deliver monthly cost reports to clients. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or mechanical engineering.
• 6–8 years of professional experience in construction projects.
• High degree of accuracy and local market cost knowledge.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with global companies preferred.
• RICS certification preferable; AACE CCP/CCT preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting on feasibility studies and producing procurement reports.
• Estimating and cost planning, including final cost plan.
• Development of cost procedures and tendering/procurement.
• Managing post contract cost variances and change control processes.
• Reviewing subcontractor proposals, contracts and change requests.
• Carrying out cost checks, valuations and monthly cost reporting.
• Monitoring budgets, expenditures and project payments.
• Interfacing with client and other consultants; leading cost management team when needed.
