Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Capacity Building Manager to support lending partners across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. You will design and implement capacity building strategies, monitor impact, and support grant reporting across a cross-functional team.

The role emphasizes autonomous work within a global nonprofit, with a work-from-home setup in Colombia and collaboration with Investments, Partnerships, and Marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in impact investing, international development, or relevant field.
• Passion for capacity building.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive capacity building activities with lending partners and vendors.
• Implement capacity building engagements aligned with grant obligations and impact objectives.
• Coordinate grant management and cross-functional processes for proposals and reporting.
• Maintain vendor partnerships and manage deliverables under MOUs.
