Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Capacity Building Manager to guide capacity-building activities for lending partners in Latin America, the Caribbean, and Asia. You will support measuring impact, needs assessments, and digitalization, while coordinating with Investments and Partnerships teams to strengthen borrower outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in impact investing or development, strong communication, and the ability to work across cultures in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of work experience in impact investing or international development.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Legal authorization to work in Colombia on a permanent, full-time basis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary driver of capacity building activities with lending partners, vendors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
• Implement capacity building engagements in line with grant obligations, to respond to partner needs, and to meet impact pathway objectives.
• Work across the Impact Investments team and Strategic Partnerships team to align on fundraising priorities and grant management.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional processes for proposal content, grant reporting, and renewals.
• Ensure grant obligations are met and reporting requirements are fulfilled by delivering on-time and on-budget results.
• Deliver timely reporting on progress to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain multi-year partnerships with vendors and consultants who can best support partners.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for capacity building vendors to ensure they meet deliverables outlined in MOUs
