SII Group Spain is seeking a dynamic professional to drive business development, recruitment, and team management. You will manage a client portfolio, lead operations for the Business Unit, and contribute to growth across projects with clients.

English fluency is essential, along with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset. The role combines sales, recruitment, and organizational support within a stimulating, international team environment.

Formación

• Engineering degree required.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Initial experience in technical roles.
• Strong organizational skills and a client-oriented mindset.
• Dynamism, rigor, ambition and entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsabilidades

• Business development and client management.
• Cold calling, prospecting, client meetings, and opportunity follow-up.
• Identifying needs, preparing proposals, and building long-term relationships.
• Recruitment and team follow-up.
• Hiring your own team and helping it grow with projects and clients.
• Support to the operational management of the Business Unit.
• Monitoring KPIs (activity, margin, forecast).
• Preparing reports and day-to-day unit coordination.
