Insight Global is seeking a Billing Specialist to ensure timely and precise invoicing for global clients. You will partner with U.S.-based teams and collaborate with collections to resolve billing issues, maintaining strong client relationships and financial integrity.

The role requires 2–4 years of billing experience, advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Ariba and other AP portals. Strong English communication and independent work ability are essential.

Formación

• 2–4 years in specialty billing or similar complex invoicing.
• Strong Excel skills for data management and analysis.
• Experience with AP portals like Ariba, OB10.
• Ability to resolve billing discrepancies and prevent disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard billing profiles and collect required documents for each new contractor.
• Submit invoices timely and accurately per global specifications.
• Manage daily invoicing tasks per office policies.
• Investigate and reconcile account discrepancies.
• Provide updates on unbilled accounts to support resolution.
• Maintain and update reporting tools to track workload.
• Collaborate with Collections to address billing issues.
• Utilize client portals like Ariba, Fieldglass, Coupa for entry.
• Perform additional duties to support departmental objectives.
