PayJoy is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to define the architecture and standards for the Global Metrics team. You will own end-to-end data architecture, from Bronze to Gold layers, and shape semantic data models for Customer Support analytics.

The role requires hands-on Databricks and dbt experience, with a focus on scalable pipelines, data ingestion, and governance for large datasets across platforms.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Architecture, or related roles.
• Proven experience designing scalable analytical data solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, dbt, SQL, dimensional data modeling, data warehouse/lakehouse architectures, and Medallion Architecture.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and high-volume data ingestion.
• Familiarity with AI-oriented analytics and data pipelines is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve the Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture for Global Metrics.
• Design scalable data models and integration patterns across Customer Support platforms.
• Define standards for ingestion, transformation, storage, and consumption.
• Develop analytics semantic layer and Gold analytical layer for dashboards and AI tooling.
• Partner with Data Engineering to translate designs into production implementations.
• Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across systems.
