PayJoy is seeking a Business Analytics Specialist to define and evolve the end-to-end data architecture for Global Customer Support analytics. You will own the Bronze/Silver/Gold data layers, design scalable pipelines, and shape the semantic layer used by dashboards and AI tooling.

The role requires hands-on Databricks/dbt expertise, experience with large datasets, and a strong focus on data governance, quality, and scalable analytics across regions.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering or data architecture.
• Strong hands-on with Databricks, dbt, SQL, and data modeling.
• Experience designing scalable data pipelines and data warehouses/lakes.

Responsabilidades

• Own Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture for Global Metrics.
• Design scalable data pipelines and ingestion patterns with Databricks/dbt.
• Define semantic layer, KPIs, and analytics models for dashboards and AI/BI needs.
• Establish data governance, data quality, and lineage standards.
