Qualifications

Associate degree or technical diploma in a related field.
Experience in transportation, logistics, or freight forwarding.
English level B2–C1.

Responsibilities

Process ocean and air multimodal shipping documents to ensure international compliance.
Perform high-volume data entry in forwarding systems to maintain cargo records.
Track and trace international shipments to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with overseas agents to resolve transit discrepancies.
Handle documentation transfers between carriers, brokers, and clients for smooth cargo release.
Monitor shipment statuses to meet operational targets and deadlines.
Maintain accurate logs and databases to support shift handovers and workflow.
