Bank of America is seeking a strategic leader to manage GIS learning & development, translating business priorities into scalable programs. This role partners with HR, GIS leaders, and the Global Technology Academy to deliver training initiatives, leadership development, and regulatory training across the organization.

The position emphasizes measurement of learning outcomes, governance, and collaboration with external partners to improve workforce readiness in a rapidly changing environment.

Formación

• Experience in a highly matrixed, fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of talent development, leadership development, workforce planning, and enterprise capability-building practices.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, technology, risk, or operational organizations.
• Ability to align learning and development strategies with business objectives and future-state operating models.
• Proven ability to develop strategy and drive execution from concept through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of LMS, workforce capability assessments, and training analytics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis and exec presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the GIS Learning & Development strategy aligned to business priorities and future skill needs.
• Establish governance, metrics, reporting, and oversight for learning performance, certifications, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to mandatory, regulatory, and enterprise training programs.
• Partner to define learning priorities and capability-building strategies with GIS and enterprise stakeholders.
• Drive workforce development across cybersecurity, technology, leadership, and professional skills.
• Oversee learning roadmaps, onboarding, career development, and succession planning programs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives from needs assessment to measurement.
• Analyze workforce capabilities and learning outcomes to identify skill gaps.
• Manage relationships with learning partners, vendors, and educational institutions.
• Provide executive reporting and foster a culture of continuous learning.
