A leading swimming pool service company in Colombia is seeking an Operations Manager/General Manager. This role involves developing marketing strategies, managing staff, and providing superior customer service. Candidates should have at least one year of management experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry, and a valid driver’s license. The position provides a base salary of $45,000+ with commission potential and additional benefits including a company truck and paid vacation time.

Formación

• At least 1 year of management/accounting experience, preferably in the swimming pool industry.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and monitor the company marketing plan and budget.
• Handle customer relationship management with superior communication.
• Execute day-to-day financial tasks (receivables, payables, pricing).
• Manage staff and ensure effective use of PoolOps software.
• Focus on employee retention and training.
