AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. This role blends frontend and backend ownership across React and Ruby on Rails, translating wireframes into production features and collaborating with product, data science, and design teams.

You will work in a growing engineering team, participate in on-call rotations, and apply best practices to improve development efficiency.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications with Rails, Entity, Spring, or similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (Postgres, RDS).
• 3+ years of experience with HTML and CSS.
• 3+ years converting wireframes to features.
• Experience with agile development and adapting to changing requirements.
• Strong interpersonal, strategic mindset, proactive leadership potential.
• Performance mindset for client/server optimization.
• Experience with GitHub for source control.
• Experience in fast-moving environments with on-call rotations and SLAs/SLOs/RPOs/RTOs.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions.
• Work with Product Management and Staff Tech Leads to estimate and commit.
• Implement best practices to optimize the development process and increase efficiency.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, on project status, risks, and issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation.
