AgileEngine is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to design and scale a platform used by enterprise procurement teams. You will own frontend and backend work across React and Ruby on Rails, turning wireframes into production features.

You will collaborate with product, data science, and design to solve complex problems in a growing engineering team. The role emphasizes performance, scalability, and on-call reliability, with a focus on delivering impactful software.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience building web applications using Rails or similar MVC framework.
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript to build SPAs.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• 3+ years of HTML/CSS experience and web styling.
• 3+ years of experience converting wireframes into features.

Responsabilidades

• Drive innovation and build scalable solutions for enterprise procurement platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Staff Tech Leads, and design teams to estimate and commit work.
• Improve development processes with best practices and tooling.
• Provide status updates and manage risks to stakeholders and leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain system reliability.
