EPAM Systems is seeking a Chief-level Full Stack Development Lead to drive solution and application architecture for an intelligent media backbone across production and distribution workflows. You will bridge design with hands-on implementation, focusing on orchestration and observability to enable scalable operations.

Responsibilities include leading architecture, translating designs into executable plans, and delivering scalable platform capabilities with Python and full-stack frameworks.

Formación

• 1+ years of experience in solution architecture and application architecture within complex delivery environments.
• 2+ years of leadership experience as a technical execution lead bridging design and implementation.
• Strong project delivery skills across multi-phase, multi-year programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Expert Python development skills for scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.
• Advanced full-stack engineering skills to deliver scalable integrations and customizations.
• Deep Media & Entertainment domain knowledge across VFX, production, and post-production workflows.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2) for effective collaboration and documentation.
