We are looking for a Data Delivery Manager to become part of our team.
In this position, you will be a key driver behind data-focused initiatives, guiding the successful completion of complex programs from inception to closure. You will partner with a wide range of teams and stakeholders to bridge strategic ambitions with tangible delivery results.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of data-focused programs and make sure they support overall business priorities
- Bring together cross-functional teams to deliver timely, high-quality results across every stage of the project
- Develop solid connections with stakeholders and serve as the central contact for all delivery-related topics
- Establish and track key performance metrics to measure progress and uphold delivery quality
- Spot risks and interdependencies in advance and craft mitigation plans to keep efforts on schedule
- Champion best practices and ongoing enhancements within delivery procedures and team operations
- Enable smooth communication between engineering groups, business representatives, and executive leadership
- Plan and assign resources thoughtfully across multiple streams of work to honor delivery commitments
- Coach and support team members, cultivating a cooperative and high-achieving work atmosphere
- Deliver consistent reporting and clear updates on delivery progress, key milestones, and outcomes
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant IT experience gained across varied projects and settings
- At least 2 years operating in Lead, Manager, Owner, Architect, or Coordinator capacities
- 2+ years guiding teams of no fewer than 5 members
- Involvement in at least 2 full-cycle projects, or experience releasing a product or major product feature to market
- Strong foundation in project administration, covering planning, tracking, and progress reporting
- Proven expertise in handling data and overseeing data-centric initiatives
- Practical grasp of data architecture concepts, including data modeling and system integration
- Proficiency in Tableau for creating dashboards, reports, and visual analytics
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services for supporting data and infrastructure requirements
- Solid command of the SDLC and the ability to apply it within delivery activities
- Exceptional communication abilities, with skill in engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written English at an Advanced level
Nice to have
- Understanding of Data Governance fundamentals, including data quality, ownership, and compliance practices
- Background in SAP BW for enterprise data warehousing and business intelligence purposes
