Rhenus Logistics in Bogotá is seeking a Finance and Billing Analyst to ensure accurate revenue capture, validate costs, and perform GP analysis across freight forwarding operations.
You will collaborate with Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to improve profitability, support month-end closing, and resolve billing discrepancies.
A bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance and at least 3 years in freight forwarding or related finance roles, with advanced Excel and strong English, are required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international logistics operations, shipment costing, billing, and Gross Profit (GP) analysis. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue capture, cost validation, and billing integrity across freight forwarding operations. This person will work closely with Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to improve profitability, support financial closing activities, and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure all billable charges are accurately captured and invoiced.
Review operational costs and vendor invoices for accuracy.
Analyze Gross Profit (GP) performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Support month-end closing through shipment cost and revenue validation.
Monitor billing accuracy and resolve revenue discrepancies.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in freight forwarding, finance, billing, revenue analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and cost structures.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with TMS, ERP, or Business Intelligence tools is a plus.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
