MySavant.ai is seeking a detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Pricing Analyst to join our logistics team. You will prepare, analyze, and manage freight rates and quotations across multiple transportation modes to support profitable growth.

You will collaborate with carriers, sales, and operations to ensure competitive pricing, maintain rate databases, and monitor market trends that impact pricing decisions. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of international freight operations are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics pricing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze costs, margins, and quotes.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and prepare pricing and quotations for international freight services.
• Request, negotiate, and maintain rates with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, and other logistics vendors.
• Review customer and shipment requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing solutions.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and carrier/vendor information.
• Analyze transportation costs, margins, and profitability to support pricing decisions.
• Support the Sales team by providing timely quotations and pricing recommendations.
• Compare carrier and vendor rates to identify the most competitive and cost-effective solutions.
• Monitor market conditions, rate fluctuations, surcharges, and industry trends that may impact pricing.
• Ensure all quotes are prepared accurately and in accordance with customer requirements and company guidelines.
• Work closely with Operations to validate service feasibility, transit times, and operational costs.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Freight Forwarding Pricing Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and managing freight rates and quotations across different transportation modes.

You will work closely with carriers, vendors, sales, and operations teams to ensure competitive and accurate pricing while supporting profitable business growth. The ideal candidate has experience within the freight forwarding or logistics industry, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of international transportation and pricing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and prepare pricing and quotations for international freight services.
• Request, negotiate, and maintain rates with carriers, airlines, shipping lines, and other logistics vendors.
• Review customer and shipment requirements to provide accurate and competitive pricing solutions.
• Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and carrier/vendor information.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics pricing, rate management, or transportation analysis.
• Knowledge of international freight operations, including Ocean, Air, Ground, and/or Multimodal transportation.
• Understanding of freight rates, surcharges, accessorial charges, Incoterms, and transportation costs.
• Experience working with carriers, shipping lines, airlines, brokers, or logistics vendors.
• Advanged English level.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting pricing for the U.S. freight forwarding market.
• Knowledge of carrier contracts and rate negotiations.
• Experience with RFQs, RFPs, and customer bids.
• Familiarity with CargoWise or other freight forwarding platforms.
