Quorum Software is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team, partnering with Sales and Marketing to provide budgeting, forecasting, and data insights for strategic decision making. The role focuses on building analytics, reports, and dashboards to support new sales initiatives and performance management.

Formación

• BA/BS degree in relevant field.
• 2–4 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (or similar) experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Experience with ERP and planning software (Workday Adaptive, Netsuite, Salesforce).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with AI tooling to drive automation (Claude).
• Experience building scalable, repeatable processes.
• Strong aptitude for statistical and quantitative analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and build new sales analytics and forecasting models to support the new sales forecasting process.
• Perform variance, historical trend, product mix and pipeline analyses to drive decision making.
• Design, develop and deliver accurate reports and dashboards with critical insights.
• Build validation, reconciliation, and error-checking into models and reports.
• Support the annual budget process by updating the new sales budget model.
• Forecast expenses for Sales and Marketing, including detailed commissions modelling.
• Prepare presentation materials and analyses for Sales Leaders and Executives.
• Identify and automate manual reporting to reduce turnaround time and free capacity for strategic support.
• Ongoing review and process improvement of current processes.
