Mastercard is seeking a Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the Identity Solutions FP&A function. You will manage the financial close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across global stakeholders, ensuring data integrity in Hyperion and Oracle while guiding strategic decision-making.

Formación

• Chartered Accountant (CPA) or MBA Finance required.
• 8+ years of experience in finance, FP&A preferred.
• Strong modelling, budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Experience with BI tools and financial systems (Hyperion, Oracle).
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability and urgency.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily close for Identity Solutions with variance analysis and risk insight.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting and forecasting; ensure Hyperion data integrity.
• Create standardized financial reports and KPIs; build analytical tools.
• Prepare quarterly reviews with executives and ad hoc analyses.
• Provide strategic financial analytics to stakeholders; align KPIs with Ops.
• Drive process improvements and automation across FP&A activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
