Collective Bikes is seeking a part-time operations professional in Medellín to work directly with the Founder and CEO. The role is based in Medellín but largely supports the UK business and acts as the on-ground point for Collective in Colombia.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, commercially aware, numerate and quick, with a track record of owning problems and driving to resolution across ecommerce, logistics and finance administration.

Formación

• Highly organized and commercially aware with numeracy skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish fluency.
• Based in Medellín and able to work in person when required.
• Experience in ecommerce, international trade, logistics, finance administration, project management, sourcing or supply chain is valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Founder and UK business while on ground in Medellín.
• Review DHL invoices against shipment data and rates; chase discrepancies.
• Coordinate suppliers, manufacturing, logistics and shipments across countries/time zones.
• Maintain financial and operational trackers; monitor settlements and refunds.
• Manage ecommerce operations and handle Shopify-related issues; close loops.
