BairesDev in a fully remote role seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI) to design and deploy multi-step agentic systems for real-world clients. You will drive production-ready AI solutions and ensure seamless integration with customer environments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Software/AI engineering, hands-on with LangGraph, CrewAI or AutoGen, strong Python and transformer knowledge, and excellent English. Join a global team delivering impactful technology.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (AI), you will specialize in designing and deploying multi-step agentic systems to solve complex business challenges. You will act as a technical driver, transforming initial AI prototypes into production-ready, scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with customer environments.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement sophisticated agentic workflows using frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
• Develop multi-agent coordination strategies and orchestration layers to handle complex, long-running tasks.
• Enable autonomous decision-making and dynamic tool calling within AI systems to automate end-to-end processes.
• Optimize agent performance and reliability through advanced observability and transformer architecture fluency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align AI capabilities with real-world business value and operational requirements.
• Establish robust governance and safety guardrails to ensure secure and compliant agent deployments at scale.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing multi-step agentic systems and autonomous agents.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of transformer architectures and tool-calling patterns.
• Experience with agent orchestration, multi-agent coordination, and observability for long-running workflows.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
