Electronic Arts Bogota is seeking an Associate Quality Designer to guide quality practices across QV by collaborating with Development, Tech and Production teams. You will report to the QA Development Manager and help ensure a player-first experience, delivering high-quality features in a collaborative, embedded product team.

You will work onsite from Bogotá, Colombia, participating in strategy, planning, data analysis and mentorship to improve QA coverage, tools and processes and drive quality

Formación

• 2+ years of QA experience in games or software
• Qualitative and data-driven decision making in QA
• Understanding QA processes, workflows, defect and task tracking tools
• Game domain knowledge of football and gaming with a player-first mentality
• Experience in embedded, integrated product teams (Development + QA)

Responsabilidades

• Lead quality processes for assigned features and create end-to-end test plans
• Evolve QA tools and processes to expand capabilities and efficiency
• Provide qualitative feedback during game testing to identify usability issues
• Report high-impact bugs and inform test prioritization with data
• Support identification of technical solutions and automation opportunities
• Build relationships with Development, Production and Design teams to ensure quality
• Represent QA perspective in meetings and drive feature milestones
• Mentor and guide teammates to promote quality improvements
