ForUsAll, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Analyst in Medellín, Colombia. You will work at the intersection of operations, data, and technology, ensuring accurate processes for a fintech platform that handles hundreds of millions monthly.

You’ll prototype AI-assisted workflows and automate repetitive tasks while communicating with U.S.-based teams and clients. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in analytics or operations, strong Excel/Sheets and SQL skills, and a curiosity for AI tools.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, consulting, finance, or another analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and working knowledge of SQL.
• Professional-level written and spoken English, including the ability to explain complex issues clearly to clients.
• Ownership mindset with initiative to investigate and improve processes.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation; experience experimenting with new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Become an expert in payroll and operational systems processing large monthly sums.
• Perform data audits, reconciliations, investigations, and reporting for accuracy.
• Identify repetitive, manual, or error-prone processes and design better solutions.
• Build and test lightweight automations and AI-assisted workflows.
• Experiment with new AI tools to determine practical usefulness.
• Use SQL, spreadsheets, and other tools to investigate problems and support decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, customer success, and U.S.-based teams.
• Communicate directly with clients to troubleshoot issues and provide updates.
• Document learnings to enable repeatable, scalable solutions.
