Beijing Foreign Enterprise Management Consultants Co.,Ltd. seeks a finance associate to join our on-site team in Bogotá. You will handle billing, invoicing, and revenue monitoring as part of the finance department.

The role requires a bachelor degree in international trade/economy/BA/logistics, 2+ years' experience, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English (B2/C1). Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in International trade, economy, business administration or logistics is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good data analysis and communication skills; willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Follow related payment / credit note issue.
• Billing electronic sales invoices (tax invoice, commercial invoice).
• Sales credit note processing and upload to support sales incentive payment.
• Regular revenue/collection status monitor and gap mitigation.
• Monthly / quarterly / annual finance report analysis and support.
