Jobtailor is seeking a finance intern in Bogotá to support the preparation of Balance and P&L reports and assist with project closure activities. You will organize financial documents, manage WBS and orders, and collaborate with Logistics and shared services to ensure data accuracy.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, English proficiency, and a detail-oriented, proactive approach. Final-semester students in finance or related fields are invited to apply.

Formación

• Currently in final semesters of Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
• Proficient in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of financial software is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and generate financial reports, including Balance and P&L reports, to support decision-making by Financial Project Controllers
• Organize and store financial documentation and reports in shared locations
• Manage WBS, sales orders, and service orders to support project closure
• Deliver monthly status reports to Project Controllers
• Collaborate with Logistics and shared services teams to ensure successful project closure and data accuracy
• Reconcile order backlog and review figures during month-end project-level closures
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Provide support to the team during busy periods and deadlines
