Infobip Colombia is seeking a Finance Shared Service Specialist to support Record-to-Report operations across multiple financial processes in a multinational SSC environment. You will handle reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, journal entries, and month‑end close, collaborating with local and global finance teams while driving process improvements.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and RTR processes.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Intermediate English level or above, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Post journal entries provided by Local Finance teams.
• Execute month-end closing activities, including accruals, revenue recognition, fixed assets, and intercompany processes.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and follow up on open items to ensure reporting accuracy.
• Analyze financial information, prepare reports, and verify transaction accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, internal policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, strengthen controls, and implement best practices.
• Act as a key point of contact for Local Finance, AR, AP, and Consolidation teams.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and SSC projects.
• Support the maintenance and update of team manuals and process documentation.
• Provide support to the RTR Lead to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

What this role is all about

As a Finance Shared Service Specialist, you will support Record-to-Report (RTR) operations across multiple financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting. Your scope will include reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, journal entries, and month-end closing activities within a multinational Shared Services environment. You will collaborate closely with local and global finance teams while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence.
