This is a full-time intern role.

The FCM team in Bogota supports the control agenda for Colombia and Peru, involving control design, risk identification and governance.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in one of the specified degree programs.
Ability to work full-time in person in Bogotá.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Build and assemble content material and presentations for the local and regional control forum meetings.
Support Business Control Managers in building the control environment picture across the regional franchise.
Attend calls and engage with global/regional teams to analyze controls and processes.
Support oversight of regulatory issue management and validate corrective action plans.
Gather, translate, analyze and streamline information for regulatory reporting.
Participate in Error Debrief sessions related to local businesses and functions.
Navigate the JP Morgan system for operational risk management to enter and track control issues.
